Wei Xiang Friday, December 26, 2008 Merry Christmas everyone! I am in my apartment now with 3 close friends (also stuck here, wingless in London) and cooking up a storm of a dinner! The public transport system closes on the Eve and Christmas day (along with all shops), so we've been holed in here for a while. The house is filled with the smell of hainanese pork chops (my friend claims her grandma's secret family recipe), a roast,vanilla wine and custard. We're all sick with longing for the people we love - but take comfort in this new family. (: how are you guys celebrating?
