hi, everyone!!! :)
just feel like updating all of you. i haven't been informing a lot of ppl about my decision, but anyway... i am going to stay in singapore to do law/business. :) so i'll be seeing those of you who stay!!! haha... i lost several nights' sleep trying to make a decision.

siew ching is heading to goldsmiths, uni of london to study art (well...it's not exactly a very glam option..but i decided it's an experience i have to find out for myself. ) tentatively leaving 10 or 15 sep. will miss family and friends, local food, the humid weather coz i have dry skin (took me 18 years to realize).

charm is, to King's College London, first week of September (tentatively 6th), and she'll miss those who turn up at the airport, those who send postcards, love letters, and more importantly, local food ;)

hi pple, i'm at hongkong airport, transferring from taipei back to singapore. was in taipei for a few days. quite a nice place, good air quality compared to some other country nearby (you get what i mean?) i was kinda sick though so didn't really enjoy myself to the fullest. but i think the pple there are really nice and friendly.

mich, i went to NYC on an art trip with HC and TPJC - as a chaperone (for hc). Which meant a lot of bratty kids. Bleargh. I swear some of them are emotionally retarded. But others were really fun and sweet. NYC's fantastic, but I can't seem to get my travelogue written.

I don't know what his nationality is, but he's got the most beautiful smile I've ever seen! It makes his face sort of fold up in nice laugh lines, and makes everybody on the receiving end of it feel like he truly cares for them. Plus, he's got blonde hair and blue eyes.

bryan long time no see! ahaha. my senior said that if you have a friend you want as a room mate, you have to apply together; if you don't, they'll allocate someone to you. and it has to be same gender yea. i dont think you can choose the specific room. not sure..but i know there's something like balloting for the hall you want. that's what my friend told me. the one i'll be rooming with.

Re NUS, I think they're pretty weird people. I didn't apply for ANY scholarship, and out of the blue they offered me the dean's scholarship for Business. Too bad by the time I got their email, I was already overseas and already accepted NTU acct as a backup (in case something happens and I can't go to Berkeley). hrrrm. On hindsight the full scholarship would have been a much better contingency plan. =__=
